Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Fabmyntra account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the item in its original packaging with all brand tags intact and include the invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality audit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
